RE: Meyer Lemons


Now I know the origin of the Meyer lemon!   Thank you.  Until the 
Medit-plants discussion, I thought there was only one variety of Meyer lemon. 
 I'll have to identify mine.  Thanks, too, Kurt, for the recipe.  

My Meyer was a volunteer a few years back.  How it got planted on the south 
side of the house is a mystery.  It doesn't seem like the kind of seed a 
squirrel would bury.  It has since grown to be the most prolific of my citrus 
trees.  Currently, it is at least ten feet high and full of ripening lemons.
