Incidentally, if you did have this poppy and it's not coming up now, you
might try digging up the area it was growing in in the fall, about when the
rains start. The seeds lie dormant in the soil and a flash of light is what
breaks their dormancy. I've had them come up after years of not seeing
them, when I've dug something out.
