I am inspired to try INDIGO SPIRES after reading so many enthusiastic comments about it. I've given up on the Bog Sage (Salvia uliginosa). It's too, too floppy and runs too far too fast. Nice colour but (as Queenslander's would say). But I have great success with Salvia guaranitica and love both its deep cobalt blue colour, very long flowering season and upright habit - to 6 feet +. Now I have a form called ARGENTINE SKIES. Comments please as mine is but a babe. I have it near Yucca arkansana - about which I also know absolutely nothing. Two unknowns thrown together by a wishful gardener - could be mighty, or a mighty mess. What think you?
