could you please send out the recipe, if you have it, for quince dolma's? we like them stewed until they're deep pink. served warm or cold with cream they are superb winter deserts. can be tarted up with a cinnamon stick in the stewing/ poaching liquid (water + sugar) o/w we eat quince paste - made in turkey or local - with crackers and a soft, white cheese for a savoury desert.
