Barb It is a great plant is it not?
You can dig it and pull it apart and replant the diffrent sections. It is
easy to propagate and tough enough to take some abuse. I think division would
be best on a three year or older plant. They do spread out but not the way
some on the Campanula do.
You can make your divisions now or after the first flowering or in mid/late
summer.
