Low potassium level

I knew something was wrong with the soil in one of my perennial beds so I
tested it with a home test kit. I was right. It looks like the soil is
seriously depleted of potassium.

Until last year, the bed was dedicated to annuals. Before planting
periennials, I dug in a lot of sheep manure. Obviously it needs something
more--but what?

Keeping in mind that I prefer organic methods, what would you advise I add
to the soil. Other than banana peels and potash, is there another source
for potassium?

Thanks
