Verbena 'Sissinghurst'
Good morning all,
Do you know of verbena tenera 'Sissinghurst'? I have it in one of my
beds and it is really pretty--one of my favorites. It is one of the narrow
cutleaf verbenas and the flowers are a coral pink which looks really great
against the cobalt blue of ceratostigma plumbaginoides when it blooms in the
late summer. My 'Sissinghurst' already has its first flower cluster.
Speaking of verbenas, I have found out that the white verbena is really
hot this year...at least around here. I looked for it for my white garden
that I am in the process of installing and could not find it locally and got
the last 3 plants at Niche Gardens. Then I called Plant Delights and they
are very low on it as well. I am hoping to get either 'Snowflurry' or
'Tatted Lace'.
