===>Note that 'Sissinghurst' is not hardy in Zones 6 and higher.  I had it 
last year here in Cincinnati Z6a, but not this year.  Even 'Homestead' is not 
reliably hardy here.

If you're a verbena fan, definitely latch onto the newer Tamari varieties.  
The red grows very well and the flowers last, even when cut for indoors (the 
wilt recovers in an hour or so).  There was a burgundy colored variety 
introduced last year that did well also.  But grow these as annual in my 
zone.  I'm not sure what they would do in Zone 7 and warmer.

And if you like the lacier, more delicate foliaged ones, try the Tapien 
series.

You should find these in local nurseries.
