This is exactly what I've done with seeds and cuttings except I've gone
one step easier. I put the planted and watered peat pellets in a dish
and then put in zip lock food bags. I open and close the zip lock as
humidity requires and never water. Of course my quantity of seeds and
cuttings may be much smaller than most but right now my grow light looks
like a baggie jungle.
