Yup, we're still around! I just got back from a whirlwind tour of some
arboreta, botanical gardens, and cemeteries in Ohio and Kentucky. Although
spring is still a little late, there were some wonderful flowering cherries,
daffodils and wildflowers galore, and lots of other interesting things.

I ended up shooting 12 rolls of 36 exposure film, so they'll start appearing
in the hort.net gallery after I get them developed this week. :)

Today I spent the day finding new homes for plants and cleaning up the
flowerbeds. Forsythia x intermedia is in full bloom in my yard right now,
as are Pachysandra procumbens, Hepatica acutiloba, Sanguinaria canadensis,
lots of daffodils, Tulipa kaufmanniana 'Ancilla', Leucojum aestivum, some
of the later Crocus, Rhododendron mucronulatum, and Geum triflorum (almost
all of these are in the gallery too).

Well, back to the drawing board (literally -- I'm actually finally doing
a formal landscape plan for the yard :)

Chris
