Why would you get upset and GRRRRRRRRRRRRR.   Why not call them on their 800 
number (hope they have one) and ask what's wrong.  Being from NY we'uns's 
over here don't sit around and with folded hands and act too polite - one the 
other hand we usually get pretty good service.   We'll get together and have 
lessons in buying stuff NY style.  It's not for nuttin' we have to endure 
this reputation <VBG> from ole' New York.
