Interesting question, Debbie...and Nan has a good point. I read
about this one last year and then saw it at a local nursery. Stood
in front of that plant for some time trying to decide if I liked it
at all...finally decided it just didn't thrill me. If I see it again
this year, I will look at it with purple companions in mind and see
if it looks any better:-)
Now, what I really crave is your burgundy Phormium:-) I have a seed
pot with half a dozen Phormium sprouts (a miracle in itself),
virtually white - hope they live with so little chlorophyll! But,
what I really want is that tall burgundy one....
