Hi Cheryl, I haven't heard of Snow angel and it sounds lovely. I tried looking up the common name in AHS common name index but it came up nothing. You have me intrigued by the description!

I have Snow Angel - it is hardy and happy here. The foliage starts pinkish and matures to a resemble a heavy dusting of snow!
I have been getting quite envious of the Phormium growers. I can not (at this time) bring it inside for the winter. I saw some several years ago and fell in love with the colors.
