My husband uses silicon sealer to put my broken pots back together. He
uses duct tape to hold the pieces until dry. You could put the tape on
the inside of the pots and just leave it for more support. The huge
Italy made pots at Biltmore were losing the decorating around the pots.
My husband said they said they found the original molds to have the pots
made at a mere$9,000 dollars a piece. Now, does that make you feel
better? Probably not but it was such a shame. You can still use the
pots. I think it gives them character. If in doubt, move them under
cover and keep dry. It is a pain but necessary.
