Hello Barb,
If you are using a container of any size I would make my own mix of one
part coarse sand, one part mini pine bark chips and one part peat. Like a
good rhodie mix. Then mix in some slow release fertilizer with 6 or 9 months
feed time. Give plenty of morning light until around noon or so.
Will make a wonderful holiday decoration on the porch.
