How much shade will Packea aurea handle?

Last fall I bought a Packera aurea. It looked so cute with those
scalloped little round leaves and soudned like it would do well in a
moist, sunny spot. As luck would have it, I had such a spot.
It also promised to 'naturalize into large colonies', which sounded
fabulous. In my quaint, naive way that is Chris, I envisioned a six
foot cluster after several years.
Well, it's been half a year now. The main plant is blooming quite
happily and it's everything that I dreamed of. Unfortunately, the
hundred children in a six-foot radius around it have me a little startled,
if not fearful. That's not colonization -- it's an invasion!
Seeing as I actually want to grow other plants in the same bed, I think
I need to move this one somewhere else. The question is, where?
I do have a moist, shady spot under some trees that nothing else
will grow in. The question is, will Packera aurea bloom in there?
I'm guessing that it'll survive, but will I have flowers?
Anyone have any experience will Packera aurea in the shade?
Chris
