Those are certainly showstoppers! Just gorgeous. Sanguinaria grows wild here, but not double, of course. Hepaticas, the standard pink, blue, white, are popping up all over. Nothing in my perennial gardens but ordinary daffies, chionidoxa, scilla siberica, other bulbs. Waiting to see how some new mini hostas will do.

It responded really well to a an application of 10-10-10 fertilizer last spring and doubled in size, spreading further into the path at the base of a large rock.
