Ravenea rivularis

I keep seeing these palms everywhere. THeyre pretty cheap for their size (
since they grow fast) Although someone told me they need much water and they
need full sun. Im wondering, what zones ( sunset preferred although USDA
would be welcome) Can this palm survive all year outside in?
