I haven't tried that particular one, but if its like most shrubs, I would just
take a softwood cutting and stick it in the ground.  Almost always works for
me.  Rooting hormone and the other stuff they tell you to do wouldn't hurt,
but I've usually gotten more than my fair of starts by just cutting and
sticking in ground and then keeping it wet.
