Dear Deb & Linda:
    While you don't want to muck about in a too wet garden, think about
ways you can develop paths and subpaths that would enable you to use
your garden earlier.  Various spots of color warm my garden now.
Spring is always so wonderful.   Even for the plants that bloom later in
your bloom sequence strut with unfurling complex foliage colors.
    Many perennials properly hardened off will thrive in the seasons
before the last spring frost.   What is Park Seeds says, plant while the
nights are still frosty.  Do it now!
    As usual  I have more plants ready for planting than is physically
possible to do.   Luckily we're going toward the summer equinox with
more available light.
    Gardening, isn't it fun. <Grin>
