Organic Gardening magazine did a large article last year on pressure treated
lumber and the pitfalls of using it. They say you should not use pressure
treated lumber for anything food related in the garden or even for playground
equipment. They said that even children touching the wood would get arsenic on
their skin. You may want to contact the magazine for a reprint of their
article.
