Hi!
Quick question - my sister has large and ungainly cotoneasters around her house, and blocking her windows (4'-5', not sure of the variety). Can you cut them way back (almost to the ground!) If so, when is the best time to do this, and are there any special considerations - i.e. cut them at an angle, cut them straight across ... She would really like to give them a good trimming now, if they can handle this!
