To all:
I have had good success with both parasitic / beneficial nematodes
(tradename: ScanMask, from IPM Laboratories, Locke NY) as well as Bt (and I
used the normal garden center Dipel) for fungus gnat control.
The nematodes (Steinernema feltiae or S carcopsae) are drenched into pots.
The Bt I incorporated into the soilless potting mix before pot-filling,
although I suspect it could also be drenched in.
Both control the larvae, not the adults. Both are a slow long-term form of
control. Both have been effective in the greenhouse during the entire
winter.
