Rules for plant exchanges:
It's too hectic and people don't listen anyway or follow directions. Even
gardeners. So keep the rules as simple as you possibly can. Going for two
common plants = 1 uncommon will be impossible to enforce. Better to equate
them all. If something is that rare that it should demand a premium, then
keep it out of the exchange and auction it or put a price on it.
