I'm glad someone finally suggested Aegopodium, common name here in Michigan is
Bishop's Weed.  There is a plain green form in addition to the variegated one.
This is one tough plant so be careful where you plant it.  It will invade your
lawn and the only way to get rid of it is several applications of Round Up.
It spreads by underground runners and can pop up several feet away from the
original planting.  The flowers look like 'Queen Annes Lace'.  White Flower
Farms used to sell it.  It is very invasive!  Donna Adams in Detroit, Mi.
