Susan...have had this in my garden four years now. My reference says it
lives 20 plus years. Its late emerging in spring so mark the spot somehow. I
had a number of them until this spring when I "re-arranged" that particular
bed, now have only one tall and one dwarf, Love it...plant gets no special
care here and still looks great
