Re: Whistler area nurseries

Hi, Nan,
Vancouver is loaded with restaurants of every size, type of food, price,
etc. Whistler has lots of restaurants also (for a village), many in
hotels. The hiking (marked trails) in Whistler is spectacular. The
provincial museum is in Victoria (on Vancouver Island) and if you go
there, Buchart Gardens is a must-see. There are lots of great
restaurants in Victoria, too.
There are many nurseries in Vancouver and its suburbs, starting with Van
Deusen Gardens in Vancouver - if you want a detailed list, email me off
list (betty_nelson@telus.net)
You will have missed the busiest tourist season if you're coming north
in September and, hopefully, the rainy season won't have started yet!
Hope you enjoy your visit.
Cheers!
Betty
