Hello Bill,
Can't answer for Ohio.... just know the extension office here in my county was
asking for volunteers to do soil testing at sometime back at a MG meeting. Perhaps
I had better look into the local situation so I won't give out erroneous
information.
I am aware that the extension offices were cut in funds this year. Not a high
priority in local or state government. Education never is... mostly we get lots of
political speeches and no funding for the programs promised. But, we had better
stay out of politics here
