Love these stories, Don! I know many of us have seeds or cuttings from
relatives or friends or a special place, which remind us every time we see
them.
I dug up some of my father's tulip bulbs when we closed up my parents' home
to sell - they bloomed on for many years in my own yard for many years
providing a special link to the past. Not Barbados or a tightrope walker,
but still special.
