Re: Starting from seed

Hi Larry, try The New Seed Starters Handbook by Nancy Bubel. Or, the earlier edition called Seed Starters Handbook, which you may be able to find cheaper, just strating out. Neither are terribly expensive though. You may find this book helpful. Robin

Subject: Starting from seed

Ok, so a few days ago I asked about cold stratification, because that was a new term on me.  I've only planted perennials that were potted.

Obviously, starting perennials from seed will be more difficult than I had originally thought, because I'm not into broadcasting seeds.

Having said that, are there any good reference books with information regarding starting various perennial plants from seed?  Thanks a bunch.
