Rudbekia

I recently planted rudbekia in my perennial garden.  I know, I know.  A midwestern perennial garden without rudbekia?  Well, now I'm part of the "in" crowd.  I've noticed, however that some pest is munching on the leaves and petals of my rudbekia.  What pest dare munch on my black-eyed Susan?
