Unknown plant

Below is a link to a photo of a plant that came up in a pot of
Hymenocallis bulbs last fall. At first, it looked like a small
marigold plant, but soon became obvious that it was not. The leaves
are unusual enough that I kept it around to see if it would bloom,
but so far, no signs of that. Does anyone have any suggestions?

It seems to want to grow like a vine, but there are no tendrils or
holdfasts. The main shoot is almost 4 ft long.
