ALl Issues with Forestfarms have been discussed and
resloved.
First issue was in 1996 before they were on the
internet. They pruned the tree to one branch, and I
expressed my concerns. I was requested to wait till
spring to see what happens to the tree. Only one
branch showed any leaves... You had to see the 1/2"
caliper tree to understand the full issue. It look
funny with one branch coming out of the middle of the
tree with leaves on it. I don't think any of us would
buy this type of tree off the street, unless its a
collector. It was difficult to reslove the issue and
they finally sent me a new tree after around 6 months
of waiting.
The second issue was receiving an incorrect plant. It
was shipped nice and looked great, but was not what I
feel what I ordered. Queries where sent back and
forth.. and with both learning what this plant turely
is as we were BOTH new with this type of plant.
In the long run, they provided to reship what was the
correct plant after I sent them a photo from a book of
what it should look like.
Score board... two orders... both not a 100% but I
WILL ORDER AGAIN hoping things go well for me next
time.
Im not picky, I will pluck dead looking perennials out
of the garbage, if I know they will come back.
