Don't be too jealous everyone; didn't get much done for various reasons this week (broken water pipe, car troubles -- it was a banner weekend for trouble!) AND we are expecting 90's again by THURSDAY!  I'll send you what's left!

Be so happy you have some 70's and send them our way if you can.  Low 70's 
with some breezes are heaven in August.  There is that old line in the 
Northeast,  all of the weather is either winter or it is August and it often 
seems to be true.  It is also true that one seems to feel like renovation is 
in order when the temps are cooler. I do.
