If we all tested and/or returned those that never ripen properly at home, the
growers would address these problems. I'm so tired of tossing expensive
nectarines because they're mushy and lacking juice entirely. I've found this
summer that only the most expensive fill the bill. Very depressing as they're
my fave summer fruit.
