Oh, Ceres, that irritates me to no end!! I've seen things sold here that are
hardy only in zones 8-10. When I complained to the manager, she said it was OK
b/c they were guaranteed for a year anyway!!!
The one I bought long time ago was from the local fall garden club sale. When
I asked why they were selling annuals in Sept, they had me talk to the lady
who donated them who said they were perennials. I'm beginning to think she was
crazy or maybe they were the annual which reseeded for her making her think
they were perennial.
Anyway, I never saw them again until WM had them this summer and bought
several on clearance for $1. Planted all but 1 at the nursing home. The label in
the pots were a generic perennial label and didn't give any specific
information. I've been searching using Google but there are so many varieties I can't
make out which one this might be.
Thanx for your help, Barbara
