My best plants have seeded themselves into the woods and every path it
seems. They will not grow where I put them so I let them grow where they
will. I have a short blue that is doing very well. It stays short too and
does not have to be staked. The red is as tall as I am and does have to be
staked. They are all robust this year from last year's moisture and this
summer's abundant rain. The hummingbirds and butterflies love them.

did not come back even with a good blanket for the winter but I did enjoy it
while I had it.
