Butter & Eggs

Help!  We have this invasive Butter & Eggs (Linaria vulgaris) growing
everywhere.  My worst is under my blueberry bushes.  I've tried hand digging
but can never get all the root out.  Roundup doesn't seem to work well in the
open areas due to it water resiliency.  It gets a bit discolored but NEVER
DIES!  Any help out there?
