Kitty, is the funding hold back for MGs only?   In Iowa and I assume in your
state also, we have a governing body which is an elected board with election
happening on the Nov state/county ballot.   We make sure that a MG holds one
of
those positions to help with the support.   Is this a possible help to your
group?
