This year I purchased from three mail order catalogs for the first time. 
They were Munchkin Nursery - http://www.munchkinnursery.com - by far the
largest and most well rooted plants of any and they are doing marvelous
in my garden -

Richters Herbs - http://www.richters.com - very nice plants, packaged
well, smallish, but all have really grown well so far.

Bluestone Perennials - http://www.bluestoneperennials.com - also very
nice plants, packaged well and doing well.  I only lost one plant and
that was one of the free ones.

The service and delivery were very good for all three and I would highly
recommend them.
