Hi--just my personal reaction:
I don't usually use J&P for bulbs, but I wouldn't hesitate if they offer
what you want. (I order roses and other plants from them.)
My own favorite place for bulbs, FWIW (did I make that up, or is it
official?) is Dutch Gardens. I've had good luck with their bulbs and have
ordered from them several years in a row.
