RE: Bulbs

I just placed an order with Brecks because I received rave reviews about
their bulbs. Regarding Jackson and Perkins, I have been told rather
negative information. Seems there was an article in a gardening magazine
that one of the experts that did some judging for them returned some
pretty negative responses, yet J&P gave the product an extremely high
rating and claimed "all the judges agree".  Don't know all the details,
but certainly made me wonder about the quality of products.
