Don/RAFI Documents on the Terminator Technology

Don,
I appreciate your comments..After reading I'm not sure if its been made
clear the specifics of this technology.
BTW I am not so naive as to consider F1s as useless rather I was
referring to the current patent now dubbed "TERMINATOR TECHNOLOGY". This
is a complex subject so, in an effort to future educate/inform I have
enclosed this link for considerable info on this subject.It was sent to
me by another list and felt it was very informative.

In terms of crop returns I know that crop F1s are indispensible and have
no quarrel with their use nor the patenting of seed to assure investment
returns and profit.

I am not an extremist who wishes to thwart the mega seed corporations
nor deny them their due profits but I am one who feels that vigilance
over such technologies as this is advisable.To stay informed and
educated is the best defense ,as opposed to
'closing the barn door after the horse is already gotten out'.Apathy and
indifference is our worst enemy.

Lastly,I hope all will take the time to read the abundant info at this
site..This is off topic for this particular list I know so I will not
take any more band width on my part with this subject..Thank you all for
your patience and allowing me to make this known to you all.. Connie
