The first thing is to water it heavily. then either plant it in a larrger tub
ot in the right spot in your garden. I make sure the soil is excellent ( I have
a soil shredder & even shred the soil to powder & then mix in amendments until
the soil is right.), & will retain some water, because the plant is very
stressed. I would also use a light (1/2 strength) application of Miracle Gro
liquid fertilizer, applied with a spray bottle or mister. I would repeat this
within 5 days. I would water daily or every other day. Don't forget to mulch,
to keep the roots cool & retain water. I'm not sure about pruning, but it might
be wise. Obviously the extra foliage & its demands for water & nourishment,
further impoverishes & stresses the plant.
