I have had hummingbirds at orange gladiola, red monarda and an annual I
tried this year called "Texas Hummingbird Sage" which is a type of
salvia/sage.
My neighbor has a trumpet vine (mmm, can't think of the botanical name, but
the cultivar is Madam Galen) and they've been all over that, too. WARNING!
That vine is *vigorous* to say the least.

For mine is a little old-fashioned garden where the flowers come
together to praise the Lord and teach all who look upon them to do
likewise.
