Valerie,
My "Cambridge Scarlet" monarda is also reblooming. After it bloomed the
first time, I had to cut the stand back due to powdery mildew. The second
wave of blooms isn't near as full as the first. Incidentally, I also have
a "Red Star" columbine that is reblooming for a third time!! Considering
the 90+ degree weather and dry conditions, I'm surprised that any of my
flowers look healthy. I live in zone 5-Lafayette, Indiana
