The same bugs stripped not only my Japanese anemones, my sweet autumn
clematis but started on my hosta and pulsatilla. I don't normally use
pesticides but this time I was desperate. I sprayed them with Malathion. In
fact, I am still fighting them. They disappear for a few days then back
again. I hate them so much. Hope they don't kill all yours. The foliage is
starting to grow back a little but I'm sure none of them will bloom this
year. Makes me crazy!
