no I haven't planted the Black Hollyhock seed as of yet. I'm afraid
to. we are still having temps up in the 100's and heat index 100 +
no rain in way over a month now and things are looking sad. we are
still under a water ban, and I'm still saving bath water, trying to
keep some of my more important things alive. I used the last of my
saved rain water, and according to our weatherman there is no rain in
the forcast in the near future. I am at my wits end as how to handle
this.
I have given this a lot of thought lately. I believe our weather
pattern is set, and I think we are gonna have to deal with this from now
on. the drought and heat.
I have too many plants to save, if this is the case. I am gonna
have to select plants that are heat and drought tolarant when I replant
next spring.
how do you deal with this in your area? I would think that you have
the same problems.
doesn't it just break you heart to watch them just wither and die?
