Okay folks, I gotta ask...
What does the seed pod on a hosta look like? I've checked out all of my
hostas, and have yet to see anything that remotely resembles a seed. There
are some things attached to the stems that look like they could be a pod,
but on close examination, are actually more like a tiny cupped leaf (nothing
enclosed). When they flowers fade, they leave behind a few shred of dried
up petals, but nohting else. I know they are somewhere; I have a couple of
seedlings in one flower bed, but can't locate any seeds...
