Yes-but, there is always a but.
The stem coming from the bulb is not that strong and easy to break. Tulips
are deep growing bulbs and they use the soil to support the stem.
If you can get it out of the ground without braking the stem-it will bloom
without any problems if you replant it.
They do make great cut flowers too
